- · For your convenience, a pre-paid return label is included in the parcel for you to send the samples back. Should the samples not be returned within the 30-day window, please note that a fee of £100 per sample will be applied. We encourage you to use the return label provided to avoid this charge, ensuring the samples are sent back to our warehouse within the given timeframe.
