Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse - Dallas, 2022

Twenty-four creatives demonstrated their design talent at this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse in Dallas, Texas. The third-annual showhouse serves to inspire through inventive vignettes and cross-team collaboration, with all the proceeds going to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and local Dallas-based charities Dwell with Dignity and the Crystal Charity Ball.

Given the challenge of transforming a vast and historic estate in the esteemed Old Preston Hollow, Jean Liu, Christina Kim, and Lucinda Loya were among the accomplished designers whose creative visions came to life.

Working alongside our in-house studio, Christina Kim Interior Design created a bespoke orchid ombre rug transitioning in colour from left to right while Blaire Designs opted for warm shades of blue transitioning in colour with each step finishing in a dramatic pooled landing.

Lucinda Loya Interiors and Natasha Baradaran gravitated toward texture and dimension and added Alpaca and Daphne by Rodarte to their creative bedroom displays.
